Here is my life in 8 songs, this aspect of my life is from the beginning of my self love ways which began from August last year till date. The tracks are dear to me and get to me to feel brand new whenever I feel devasted or beaten. Please do enjoy them;
Pursuit of Happiness (Kid Cudi)
Emmy Silvers of SF Weekly, called the song a "self-aware 2009 party anthem — or chronicle of a person's thinking as they veer into a drunk and drugged out downward spiral, depending on how you spin it — is a pretty lonely song to begin with. Kid Cudi is my favorite rapper.
DNA (Empire of the sun)
"DNA" is a song by Australian electronic music duo Empire of the Sun. It was released as the second singlefrom their second studio album, Ice on the Dune on 5 September 2013. This tracks gets me in a charitable mode.
Superfly (Raury)
This track reminds me of how awesomely chilled I would be in the future. Raury was and is influenced to write and make music by the album ‘Man on the moon: End of the day’ by Kid Cudi.
Soundtrack to my life (Kid Cudi)
It's self-explanatory title for the track: Kid Cudi delves into some of the problems he had growing up – the death of his Dad subsequent depression, and the sterling work ethic of his mum.
Real (Kendrick Lamar)
The song as a whole stresses the importance of loving yourself which is very crucial in life. I love me some Me!!!
Blessed Be Your Name (Michael W. smith)
Am happy with my religion. I know am not close to been Holy but when it comes to blessing God's name, am thorough with it.
Surfing (Kid Cudi)
Its in the lyrics..."I ain’t riding no waves
Too busy making my own waves, baby
Surfing on my own wave, baby".
Juice (Ycee ft Maleek Berry)
This track always gets me to unleash my too much sauce too much juice Trips, with the Molly rock and spins dance moves!!!!!.
