The singularity

i walked towards the future
i was leaving the past behind
i had to ask the question
will i ever really know my mind

i pretend i have the answers
i pretend that im not afraid
i dont know what im scared of
but i know that i have the fear

the world we live in scares me
as we rush towards the singularity
i guess its the not knowing
if this is just perpetual motion

we approach the truth of our existance
the answers are slowly unwinding,
are we prepared to know the answers
are we really more than physical matter

we are consious beings, feeling
every message we're receiving
our brain is mearly a tool
to communicate and understand the world around us
