lol you know me so well... "fruit whore" is definitely understatement for us! I did broth because due to my cleansing, I was just freezing and DYING for some heat! Hot water would have worked, too, but I really like to stay away from just water. I feel that the broth helped me big time with a bowel movement, too. For the cold part, now I wear another over shirt so I can keep warmer....this recent cold feeling came on too quick!
