request for help please

Hello everyone, I registered on site for the first time. My approach is to find a solution for my driving license, bought a car not too expensive, I'm alone with a child, I recover from a depression which lasted years, I already registered with the driving license 2 times, without being able to have the force of continued because too badly in my skin and a big lack of confidence at that moment! I lost a lot of money because of it! Today I am better and want to find a job, training and do a lot of things with my 9 year old daughter, also volunteer when I could not stay alone in isolation, turned the page on my past. But hard to find a solution all by myself and without family, I have already had help with driver's license by pole jobs.
