Solar Catamaran 2017.07.25 - 08.32.25.06-15 Day 1 Passing Steveston on the Fraser River

Here we face the facts. We have missed our tide timing to hit the slack high tide and now we are facing the full force of the ocean coming back into the Fraser River. This is not the recommended time to exit the sand heads and if wind picks up the environment can become very dangerous. We woke up late and got underway late. This made for a very interesting day to say the least as one bad decision cascaded into a series of missed tide and current timings.
