Go Solar or Not Go Solar
We are considering going solar at our house. There are great reasons for doing so and perhaps some people argue reasons why not to. I am not going to dive deep into the financial analysis here. I'll save the number crunching for tomorrow's spreadsheet - funday Monday.

Winter is more costly than the spring and summer months. Albeit, we recently moved into our house and do not have much data to review but the cyclical trend is evident and our energy bills have not been too high. I am curious of fellow Steemers views, opinions, etc on going solar. From the surface of it all, going solar makes sense environmentally and perhaps financially.
I am open to hearing the pros and cons of going solar. Thanks for reading!
Go solar. You will be at least be independent of the grid. Not to mention when the power goes out you will have a backup system to rely on.
@deepwaterscrypto thanks for input. Having a backup system is really enticing. We don't anticipate much outages but when they do happen we won't have to worry.
