Buying one? Demand the seller write on the invoice that you are now the legal owner.
Then, maybe you can give Deere the finger? If they will not sell you spares, then buy spares made in other countries, which are also cheaper.
Remember, you never give away your rights by purchasing something, as long as you paid the seller in full
I don't know why anyone puts up with this kind of sh*t from them...there are many other manufacturers, they should be fighting to convince you to buy their product.
