Yes indeed (and thank you). This type of employee treatment (i.e., having what you think & believe monitored and regulated) was already visible during 2004-05 when I was employed by a subsidiary of California-based Occidental Petroleum. The HR Department thought they were Gods, and wanted to dictate how different employees interacted, based upon their race. In my subsidiary's operations in Qatar, the HR Manager was an Indian Female whose family had migrated to the USA when young. Her attitudes were completely alien to me.
