Constantly Criticized, Cristiano Ronaldo Feel Tired
Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo replied to his criticism and was surprised he was forced to continue to prove his ability.
Ronaldo made a brace to help Madrid win 3-1 over Borussia Dortmund in a Champions League game last night.
The Portuguese man has not recorded a slick performance since returning to play in domestic competition after receiving a play ban, in which he experienced a goal fast in two consecutive La Liga matches.
But the 32-year-old striker was tired of all the criticisms that happened to him, saying he had repeatedly given evidence of his ability.
"It seems I have to keep showing exactly who I am in every game," said CR7 at Atresmedia.
"I'm surprised at what the public thinks of me, I am an exemplary professional, and my criticisms seem to get worse over time."
Another Madrid victory goal at BVB headquarters was made by Gareth Bale through a superb volley. This positive result marks the first victory of Los Blancos when visiting Westfalen in the European competition.
Real Madrid will host the Catalan side, Espanyol, in a La Liga match this weekend.
