AIK's Senior Mascots! I love this story

Yesterday I read this article on the BBC, http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/37409833.

The story is about the Swedish football club AIK inviting it's oldest supporters, some as old as 81, on to the pitch as their mascots.

For those who don't know what a mascot it, traditionally it is the domain of the young who are invited to walk out with the football team's players before a game.

AIK new twist on this gesture was a great example of giving back to its community and thanking its longest serving supports for their commitment and support. Well done AIK!!
