Favourite films set in the snow?
For those of you who are snowed in (Ireland, UK and parts of Europe) and watching the snow fall outside wondering what films to watch, what are your top films that are set in the snow?
I'll start the snowball rolling and see if we can pick up some more good suggestions while waiting for the snow to melt...

Meanwhile Ireland provides all Icelanders, Scandinavians and Finish people living here to a non stop comedy festival as they watch Irish people trying to deal with a few feet of snow!!!
The Thing and Let the Right One In would definitely top the list, then perhaps Fargo (1996), The Grey (2011), and The Abominable Snowman (1957). It was hard to think of non-Christmas-related snow movies.

I watched a crazy TV series last year called Fortitude. It was weird in many ways!
I haven't seen any of these movies. I'll add them to the list for Easter weekend. The may be more snow on the way 😀
