Snake Party? Aspolutely! Check out these cakes!
I love making birthday parties unforgettable. They've been a part of my world for 25 years. I even love hecklers. Bring it, kid. I'm the snakeman.
This great work of art stems from something I've said for years. Namely, use bundt pans, and turn the curves opposite. But this, the M&M scales? Sheer genius. First time I've seen it done.
Why a snake party? This kid was turning eight, and to an eight-year-old, I'm something of a rockstar. To phobic parents, I'm way cheaper than a shrink, and all of my scary, turns out to be funny.

Over the years I've seen SO many snake cakes, my collection is quite fun.
I was once hired to do a 60th BDay party for a gentleman who was afraid of snakes. In the front row, he didn't know anything beyond that friends and family had pooled funds to buy him an animal show. He didn't know snakes were involved until I introduced myself. 45 minutes later, he had my big python draped on his shoulders, and was pronouncing it the best birthday present ever.
Another time, a very spunky mom who loved challenging her daughter to feats of adventure, hired me to do her surprise party for her 16th. The young lady had a fear of snakes. Again, no announcement about what I was doing. It was in the back room of a restaurant, and I left my hook and tongs in the kitchen.
I opened with, "Congratulations on your surprise sweet sixteen birthday party. I'm the entertainment, and I have a question for you. Are you an animal lover?" She smiled real big, and then looked at her mom, and her eyes got really wide, and she ran for the back door. I said wait, for you I'm going to break with tradition, and the first animal you're going to meet, will have four legs. Capone won her over, and by the end of the party, she and her friends were all posing for pics with him and several of my snakes.
