By influence of my parents, I opted for a while, consuming vegetables and fruits through Smoothies and Juices.
ingredients:
1/2 Cup yogurt
1 Green apple
1/2 Avocado
2 Kiwi
1 Generous hand of fresh spinach
1 Mug of green tea
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth
