Thanks for your comment @goose :o) I didn't know you could either but it seems to work fine - there is a maximum mark about two inches down from the top of the cup but I think thats for the amount of liquid you add in. The mango smoothie sounds nice, I am going to have to try that now! I'm not so keen on soy milk so I usually use hemp or coconut milk instead. I like the fact that you can put whatever greens you like in there - like the kale or spinach, and you can't taste it :o)
