Quit smoking (after 48h)
I spent 48 hours without cigarettes. Today I was sleepy all the day because of the lack of Nicotine.
Fortunately, today is on weekends and I could take a nap when I was sleepy.
My brain still doesn't work well. I had many times that I want to smoke again.
The best way to handle with this is ..
- Taking a bath. While you are taking a bath, you don't want to smoke. I took a both several times per day.
- Drink something. I prefer cold water to drink. It's easier to deal with the Nicotine desire.
- Take a nap and take a rest. Following the instinct is the best way to spend the day with the minimum stress. I had the strong drowsy and I followed it to take a nap.
