Mental Health - Smoking Cessation (Quit Smoking) My Journey

Hello Folks, This is my personal story of how your mental health is important and how people often neglet the same. Do feel free to share your experience of quiting smoking or if you need any help to quit i am damn sure with these methods you could lead a more smoke free life and improve your mental and overall health, after all health is wealth right :)

Are you a 2-3 pack a day smoker? these are for people or loved ones of a smoker who are depressed and looking at ways to quit smoking first you need to quit reading articles on smoking and start to read experiences and meet experts who can help you quit the same.

I will share my personal experience how badly i was hooked on to cigerettes and used to smoke about 2-3 packs a day that was tooo much!!!! Doctors had given hopes and said that i would soon be a respritory cripple a word which still haunts me. From a 3 pack a day smoker to quiting it completely since last 2-3 years was an awesome experience and decision i did make. I am 27 male and quite an addictive person used to smoke when wake up, tea, bath, travel, office, lunch, parties there isnt any place i wouldnt have smoked yes even during fog to add to them hehe.

People who are looking to quit here need to stick to the basic when in a problem just seek help, find a doctor who is good at helping people quit smoking as simple as that!!!!!! thats what i did i found a mental health doctor who offered various methods to quit smoking what did help me was some counceling sessions and medications it would sound quite easy but that is it you just need to follow certain prescribed medicinnes followed by a fortnight counceling session with your doc thats all you need. so a plan well set is half done set a date take an appointment start the medication however it would take 15 days to a month for medicines to kick in your bloodstream after which you could find that frequency and time gap between your two cigerettes would increase and slowly within a month you would be down from 2-3 packs to 1 pack and thats what happened to me damn i was so excited to see myself ending day with just a pack and lot of money left. hehe health is wealth right??? so slowly 2-3 months down the line i was upto 5 sticks a day and was nearing my goal finally March 2015 i quit smoking completely and never looked back i can breathe more easily and feel fresh with less things to bother about lot of crap of packs lighters and ash what not all the junk is kicked off

So here is what helped me Kick the butt the wonder pill Bupropion (Welburtin) get the medicines prescribed by doc and regular followups and the dosage suggested keep a discipline on having the medicinnes thats all is required no will power no restriction let the medicines do their work and get free from the cancer stick. Sounds simple do try for a more improved health. It is said smoking helps you save a million dollar so the amount put to quit smoking is an investment that would save a million dollar in your bank balance so this was a free wealth tip from my side too ..
