Steemit Music League Round #3 Review | A DSound Community Initiative

With fifty-eight (58) incredible entries it was an incredible round in the five contests and challenges of the Steemit Music League.

The Steemit Music League is a community built with the goal of providing the most feedback, recognition, and rewards all while bringing Steemians together and encouraging collaboration.

As a result, the Steemit Music League and the decentralized audio portal @dsound are joining forces to help bring maximum recognition, feedback , and rewards for the Steemians with musical dreams, passions, and talents.

@dsound , created by @prc , harnesses the power of the STEEM blockchain to showcase and help the musical dreams, passions, and talents of many souls from all over the world.

Thanks again to @prc for his support of community initiatives and helping the Steemit Music League reach its potential.

Currently, the Steemit Music League includes the Steemit Music League Challenge, the Beat Battle League, the SML Feedback Contest hosted by @inthenow , the Kill the Pad Challenge hosted by @jamesgetsit , the Chord Challenge hosted by @antminer , and the Educator Challenge hosted by @novili .

The winner of the Steemit Music League is determined by the amount of points earned through these League contests and challenges.

The points earned in Round Three are added up for this third release of the Steemit Music League leaderboard for Season Two.

Below are the updated standings of the Steemit Music League Season #2 as of today

After an amazing Round #3, @paradigmprospect holds his lead in Steemit Music League but by only 17 points over @d-vine who is right behind the first place leader.

@grizzle , @ausxen , and @novili are only separted by 18 points and are holding down 3rd, 4th, and 5th place respectively.

Then we have a group Steemians right behind them like @hilladigahackles , @inthenow , and @onemedia with @mindseye-music jumping into the Top Ten with his Round #3 performance.

As you can see we have a lot of Steemians participating in more than one contest increasing their League point total.

With 60+ Steemians already taking part in the Steemit Music League, this is shaping up to be one heck of a Season Two of the Steemit Music League o weeeee.

The Steemit Music League Challenge is an open music contest for rappers, MCs, singers, vocalists, and producers. Basically if you have a passion for music you can submit an entry every week.

Each week's theme changes with some awesome rounds coming up. The prize pool is 15 STEEM and other cryptocurrencies such as SMOKE and Voiceshares.

The #smlchallenge is in Round Four of Season Two currently with the theme being 1990s.

Round Four of Season Two of the Steemit Music League Challenge is accepting submissions until Friday night, March 2nd with the results being announced on March 3rd.

The Beat Battle League is in Round #4 of Season Two and is a Beat Battle challenge that the music producers of Steemit can produce an entry based off a theme or sampled material for that round.

This week's theme is New Nostalgia. Prize pool is 15 STEEM and other cryptocurrencies such as Voiceshares and SMOKE.

Round Four of the Beat Battle League started yesterday and is accepting submissions until Wednesday night, March 7th with the results being announced Thursday evening (March 8th).

The SML Feedback Contest hosted by @inthenow is about submitting music and providing feedback and getting rewarded to do so.
