Well since it is a emoji is really gets saved as <-- react-text 1983 --> etc it wouldn't officially be the shortest. Also I think a blank post is possible... 🙂
Now my head hurts... I used to know the ASCII code for a "null character." We used to insert them in the middle of cusswords to fool language censors on message boards.
