Smartsteem: Number 1 promotion and investment on steem blockchain, Task 9 by Oracle d (review a finance dapp)

Hi guys, good morning from here. I will be reviewing a finance Dapp called the Smartsteem
So many steemians gets discouraged after taking along time out of there busy schedule to create a post and the ended up with a little or no upvote, more reason why steemians prefer to use a votingbot or a voting service.
