RE: smartsteem - update and upvote guide
@smartsteem - I think this project is something that will help improve the quality of the posts on steemit (hence I am happy to delegate some SP to see how it progresses), but I think it would be good to get more information around how the smartscore is calculated to provide some transparency and clarity. I know this might not be high on the priority list at the moment because it is a small team, but if you need some help in terms of improving the algorithm or testing certain aspects of the scoring system I know that @webcoop made some very good points about it. I do follow @therealwolf and @artbunny and know that they do contribute a lot to their community and would like to help them help the community.
We actually have to come back to webcoop as he made some very valid points, but you guessed it - time is tight right now. Still, we appreciate every single delegation and especially yours, @plushzilla! :)
@artbunny is actually working right now on the smartscore.
I might just write a post about it as well, since it is something I have been pondering about (and I am sure others too). Ultimately I don't think metrics should be used to judge quality, but to help guide us along the path that we want to aim for and see how things have changed over time. But I do agree with the work that you two are doing and it's great to see that other people recognize the great work as well!
