well I would assume that you would put a little bit of text with it at least to explain why you are posting and you would not just dump a youtube link on steemit?
I have seen the video in question (its funny indeed) and we are not against reposting things but they have to be done in context. They have also to be sourced, just letting the people know where you got this from goes a long way.
good question though. There will always be a grey zone and we are doing a balancing act here as well but in my opinion there is a visible difference between people just reposting random stuff without sourcing and someone that reposts something with sourcing and in context
