A loyal friend to the end

Man's best friend is a title well earned for this pup. Hachiko is a shiba-inu who's had multiple movies and stories written up about him in Japan and the US. He famously escaped from home and waited everyday at the train station for his owner to return from work. One day his owner didn't come home again but Hachi religiously continued to wait at the train station every day. He was immortalized by a statue at Shibuya station and is now a famous meet up spot in Japan.
