1747 Tombstone 🌞 Stratford, CT USA Olde Colonial Graveyard 2

The inscription reads:

Here lie the Remains of
Mr. JOSEPH PRINCE
4th Son of Samuel Prince Esqr.
by Mercy his 2nd wife of
Sandwich where he was
born April ? 1695 and
Died here Dec.mr 4th 1747
in the 53rd year of his Age
Much beloved and lamented

A bronze (or could it be lead?) plaque with the Prince coat-of-arms is still attached to the stone. These tiny red Clover Mites were running wild along the surface!
