Grain-Free Grilled Cheese

The other day my sister-in-law shared a video with me for a grilled cheese sandwich made without bread. As I have been eating Keto for the last 2 years (and have lost 100# in the process) I was excited to try this one. Being a chef, I had to make a couple of additions...but my tummy is happy-happy and I could only eat half!!! Here's my version of the Cauliflower "Grilled Cheese" sandwich with Avocado, bacon and smoked Gouda cheese...
