early morning
An entry for #smartphonephotography run by @juliank
I took this panoramic photo with my Iphone 6 in a winter morning. The sun just came up, and there was this tiny rainbow in the sky, after a short rain.
Szentháromság tér (or Holy Trinity Square) is located in the Castle District of Budapest. The square is a beautiful meeting place for locals and visitors alike giving a 360 degrees panoramic view of the Buda Castle Hill, including the various wings and buildings of the Buda Royal Palace, the Fisherman’s Bastion, the Matthias Church, and the Old City Hall.
This time the rainbow and the atmosphere of early morning empty square was in perfect harmony. A short time after, I started to work on a commercial project, and the square was full of people to celebrate the traditional feast day called St. Martin's Day, by tasting the new wines and eating geese.
