SmartCash Hive Structuring Teams - SmartCash SmartHive Structuring Teams Explained
SmartCash Hive Structuring Teams are made up of individuals who are directly involved in the SmartCash SmartHive project's daily operations integral to its core.
They are teams that are created to lay the foundation of each new development within the overall project. They've been created to lay the groundwork that is required for SmartCash to be a success. Within the decentralised governance structure of the SmartCash SmartHive, the Hive Structuring Teams consist of people directly involved in the day to day core operations of SmartCash.
SmartCash Hive Structuring Teams
It's important to note that each SmartCash Hive Structuring Team will remain in charge of their own budget. This means that Hive Structuring Teams are essentially autonomous organisations that work independently from the bigger picture project. By working separately in a decentralised manner, operational risk is spread and the project's total workload will be evenly completed across multiple autonomously working Hive Structuring Teams.
Three SmartCash Hive Structuring Teams have been initially named and created. They've been entrusted with the responsibility of looking after the vital areas of ensuring the SmartCash project is a success and will organically grow larger, with more employment opportunities within them.
The three initial SmartCash Hive Structuring Teams are Development, Outreach and Support & Web, each of which we have featured below.
Development SmartCash Hive Structuring Team
The Development Hive Structuring Team is responsible for building SmartCash and any initial supporting applications.
Outreach SmartCash Hive Structuring Team
The Outreach Hive Structuring Team focuses on community building, growth and general user acquisition goals.
Support & Web SmartCash Hive Structuring Team
The Support and Web Hive Structuring Team is responsible for on-boarding and any generalised SmartCash support.
