This is going to be my first post on SmartCash on steemit!! Big thanks to @broncnutz for introducing me to SmartCash and Smart rewards via an extremely entertaining video.

I went over to the SmartCash Website and the project seemed quite well motivated and focused on helping the community. Unlike most new upcoming cryptocurrencies who say stuff like "we're here to improve the community," "we care what our investors thin" etc etc, SmartCash actually took this a step further which impressed me the most.

We strive to allow the community to control the fate of the coin, the governance, the budget, usage and encourage community development.

They actually allow the coin holders have a say in what project the smartcash team should be lending a supporting hand to. If this doesn't prove to you that SmartCash is indeed one of the best community driven projects out there, you might have issues you wanna get looked at!!

SmartCash also mentions on the website they make sure they maintain user privacy by a feature called Renew.

Privacy is a human right, and SmartCash embraces that idea completely. Renew will ensure your money is untrackable.

Although to be honest, I don't completely understand how this works and I have to do a bit more research on this when time allows!!

But the best thing that separates SmartCash from every thing else is.......

Smart Rewards. It just doesn't get better than this. they give you more smart tokens just if you hold a minimum of 1000 smartcash in their web wallet!! This reward system show the team is working and striving to achieve stability in the market by ensuring people don't just pump and dump their tokens all over the market, causing price fluctuations.

SmartRewards are a price stabilization mechanism and a way to encourage long term holding.

A team who think that far ahead deserves a salute!!

The way tye rewards system works is, every month new smartcash is being mined. Of that, 80% goes to their community helping projects!! 5% goes to the miners. And the remaining 15% is distributed among the smartcash holders. So understand that the amount of reward you get per month will vary depending on how much is mined that month, but it will keep coming at a proportionate ration of how much you hold in you account to how much in total is being held by all other holders.

One last important thing about rewards, you must hold your smartcash in their web wallet to be eligible for the rewards and you must have at least 1000 in the wallet when the monthly snapshot is taken (usually around 24th/25th every month).

In you web wallet you'll see :

Make sure to have tour smartcash in one of the rewards wallets to be eligible for smart rewards. If you have it in the spending wallet, you should click the red icon beside your balance and tick the "is rewards" option. This I didn't know and again thanks to @broncnutz for pointing this out.

Growth of smartcash has been huge!!

I got in when smartcash was priced around 12/13 cents ($0.12/0.13) on Dec 22, 2017. Here's a screenshot from coinmarketcap today xD

I guess that says enough already!! There will be ups and downs in the price, but no way I'm selling!! I believe in SmartCash and I'm in it for the long run!! I wish @smartcash all the best!! We are right behind ya'll!
