5to SmartCash Meetup AKA SmartWeekends

Aloha Steemians, espero les agraden mis posts que no son mas que una documentacion de mi trabajo!
Este Viernes, 7 de Septiembre, fue mi cumplaños y que mejor manera de celebrarlo que con un Meetup de criptomonedas.
Me siento muy afortunado y agradecido con la comunidad de Costa Rica que amablemente han querido incurrir en el mundo de las criptomonedas de la mano de Criptosurfer!!
Logramos reunir celebridades en este Meetup que se realizo nuevamente en Jaco walk esta vez en Puddle Fish y Graffiti precisamente con la intencion de que mas Merchants de Jaco Walk se unan a la comunidad de SmartCash la colmena inteleigente. Se acercaron personas de todos lados del pais desde la cuidad nos visito Walter y Emily. Tuvimos el honor de recibir a Carlos Muñoz, un figura publica en Costa Rica atelta de Elite Mundial y campeon nacional de surf mostraron interes en Smartcash y en pertenecer a la comunidad .
Les explicamos como abrir su cartera y como realizar pagos en criptomonedas usando la cartera nativa de SmartCash. Tambien se les hizo una donacion de 10 usd valorados en smarts, degustamos las cervezas de Puddle Fish. Estuvimos compartiendo entre amigos tratando de fortalezer los lazos de la comunidad.
Olas grandes para el dia Sabado llegamos hasta Playa Hermosa para patrocinar el evento de Surf Series en Backyard bar a las 4 pm con olas de mas de 3 metros se dio inicio al evento tuvimos precencia en la playa con las nuevas banderas de SmartCash.

Varias personas se acercaron a preguntar que es Smartcash y como funciona les abrimos carteras a varios clientes de Backyartbar para que puedan hacer pagos en criptos en el estableciemiento
a las 8 pm se hizo la premiacion open los finaliztas fueron los siguientes.

- 3 - Noemar Mcgonagle
- 4 - Juan Jose Lopez
Luego del evento de surf nos fuimos de nuevo a Jaco walk y llegar a tiempo a PAREDES AZULES un evento de shapers locales al cual fui invitado como expositor tambien y coloque 2 tablas de surf en exposicion con calcomanias alusivas a SmartCash.

Aloha Steemians, I hope you like my posts wich are a documentation of my work for SmartCash!!
This Friday, September 7th 2018, was my birthday and what a better way to celebrate it than with a Crypto Meetup. I feel very lucky and thankful for the Costa Rican community which kindly received the cryptos by the hand of Criptosurfer.
We were able to gather a celebrity on this Meetup that was held at Jaco Walk again this time at Puddle fish and Graffiti with the intention that more merchants from Jaco Walk would join the decentralized economy and the Hive.
We had people visiting from all over the country. We had our friends Walter and Emily from San Jose and we had the presence of Carlos Muñoz, public figure in Costa Rica and world elite surfer, national champion and more. They showed interest in how SmartCash works and downloaded wallets for a demonstration and wished to join the Hive!!
We explained how to be part of the community and how to pay with SmartCash using the native wallet. We had 10 USD giveaway worth of cryptos, we had a beer testing from Puddle Fish sharing with the community to create stronger bonds.
Big waves on Saturday
We arrived in the Surf Series event at Backyard bar Playa Hermosa at 4pm. We were there to sponsor and display all of our merch and we had a strong presence at the beach with 2 huge Fly-Banner flags.

The waves were about 8 to 10 Ft tall. Many people came forward to ask about SmartCash and how it works. we did a little demo and installed a couple of wallets to a few Backyard customers so that they knew how to pay with SmartCash at the bar. At 8pm the finalists were rewarded with Fiat and Crypto prizes. The finalists were:

- 2 - Gilbert Brown
- 3 - Noemar Mcgonagle
- 4 - Juan Jose Lopez
After we finished, we went back to Jaco Walk to be on time for Paredes Azules a local shapers event I've got invited to as an expositor. I also displayed 2 of my surfboards from Indahigh with SmartCash stickers and the SmartCash banners. Below are some of the images. I hope you guys like it. There were more than 100 people at the site!
