Do you really believe that the only efficent way to run health care is by having it centrally controlled by a government? Everything the government touches it corrupts with bureaucracy and incompetence. Police and law enforcement must be a government extention. Health care - I can see arguments for and against privatisation. Chiefly price would plummet under a free market system (which is why the medical profession won't allow it). Fire services would benefit immencley from privatisation.
