Music Today Issue #2 | A SMA Community Initiative

Music Today discovered and highlighted five (5) exceptional music posts from all over the Steemit community.

Music Today is a SMA Community Initiative aimed at making sure the time and effort Steemians passionate about music are recognized, rewarded, and given the feedback they deserve.

What is the Steem Music Alliance? (SMA)

The Steem Music Alliance (SMA) is a community-based network platform that connects musical creatives, as well as, music lovers. We offer the opportunity for people to engage, collaborate, and grow.

We are a dynamic, collaborative group of over 450 members with the goal to help each other in the pursuit of reaching our potential and dreams.

Our curators scoured the #music, #sma , and other music-related tags to find some incredible music-related content to showcase and highlight to the community.

All of these posts below were voted on by the @smacommunity trail which is comprised of souls who care about music and music-related content here on Steemit.

Wow what an absolutely beautiful and inspirational song from @darrenclaxton.

Ay what relatable and deep lyrics that moves. Sounds like such an ideal song for spring and summertime to play outside while enjoying the beautiful weather and activities.

Your voice is incredible and so smooth. Definitely raised my vibrations to such an uplifting and positive level.

What a creative and captivating piece of music content from @shakazula. Love how he shows his process of making a piano-laden beat in such a fun and engaging way.

The finger-drumming king of Steemit strikes again with this one. That piano is so rich and beautiful and the way you incorporate the drums (which we can see) is epic.

Woahhhhhhh what a cross genre hit the @spawnband has with this one.

What a cross-genre hit and love how the @spawnband sets the tone of the song with those samples and the instruments they use in the first 1:10. Love how the vocals come in so strong at 1:15 and talking about such important and world events/issues. And that metal vibe around 2:20 yesssssssssss. And around 4:00 what a way to melt our faces o weeeee.

Appreciate you creating this song that touches on such important points about society today. What a way to raise interest and attention to societial issues. Much love and respect for this one o weeeee.

Wow what a peaceful and uplifting tune from a newbie Steemian.

Wow what an absolutely beautiful tune from @ahyar.

That guitar sets the tone right away and then wham those beautiful vocals come in at 0:40. What an uplifting tone they have. And so much passion behind them (like at 1:41).

Love those instruments around 2:11 what a soothing sound. And the you hit us with those beautiful vocals again at 2:42. What a song and you don;t need to understand the language to understand the beauty in this song.
