Just a small update: I have only done it for a few days now, but my back already feels a lot better.

You get used to sleeping on the ground (and on the back) a lot faster than I thought.
It is really good for your posture and you feel really mobile when you wake up.

I will make a longer post in a few weeks where I include the pictures from my doctor so we can compare if it helped or not.
