I found this information regarding sleep extremely informative. As I do not have an air conditioner and rely of opening the windows and an air circulator to move the stagnant air away from me. I have noticed that once the temperature drops to around 75 degrees or less that falling asleep becomes much easier. Maybe next year I will buy an air conditioner.
