Now a day’s child labor and slavery is one of the most heinous issue and which shows no end in near future. Every day, we are battered with pictures of children in many Third World countries working as farmhands and laborers under the most inhuman conditions. According to the International Labor Organization (ILO), there are hundreds of millions of girls and boys throughout the world involved in work that deprives them from receiving adequate education, health, leisure and basic freedom, thereby violating their rights. Of these children, more than half are exposed to the worst forms of child labor. These forms of labor include work in hazardous environment, slavery, or other forms of forced labor, illicit activities such as drug trafficking and prostitution as well as involvement in armed conflict

In my view it is not the problem of the children, working under heinous circumstances or their parents. But it is due to excessive poverty and illiteracy. If we succeeded in educating the people and provide them some minimum help from the local govt. It may be resisted some what.
