Silicone curing incompatible with SLA UV resin printing

I've been trying to make a high detailed castable coin the last week and have run into a few interesting problems.
After using my Elegoo Mars to print the coin and riser using the cheap generic resin which is wildly available, I soon came to realise that casting it in silicone simply wasn't an option without extra steps.
As the outer silicon cures as expected, a chemical in the resin inhibits the silicone that's in direct contact with the print from curing leaving a sticky mess and lack of fine detail. I have tried spraying the prints with several clear coats and primers in an attempt to create a boundary between the silicon and resin, still no success.
I have come across several articles online mentioning expensive chemicals available which should do the trick however I can't help but wonder if one of you out there has a cheaper solution to this problem?
