Day 28: Exfoliating
By now you should know that exfoliating is the secret to retain skin glow.
This is why its important you do it at least once every week no matter how busy you get.
Today, you either make use of a store - bought scrub or you formulate one yourself.
The basic recipe for a scrub is:
1 cup exfoliant + 1/2 cup liquid + 2-3 fun add- ins.
The exfoliant is any gritty substance which could be either sugar, oats....
Liquid could be water, rose water, ACV, oil, honey....
Fun add- ins could be your herbs....
