1)Use sun cream. To prevent sun spots on the skin, you must be protected with sun cream. 

2) The moisturizing cream you use must be absolutely natural. (Seride, glycerol, AHA, niacin, peptide and glycerol, essential ingredients) 

3) Eat tomatoes. Tested and confirmed! The skin becomes even smoother :)) (I do not recommend you to use it in winter, just use summer.)

4) Stay away from sugary foods. Sugar is your skin enemy! 

5) Yogurt is beneficial both on the body and on the skin (Especially if you smoke, a food that helps clean up the body's nicotine) 

6) For abundant water. Your skin will become more vigorous. 

7) Reduce caffeine consumption. Daily, less consumption will help keep your skin healthy. 

8) We must wear sunglasses in summer and winter. Because sunglasses prevent us from frowning. So it prevents your skin from wrinkling. 

9) We must always sleep well. Because the skin creates new cells in the night's sleep. 

10) Always smiling. Because laughing is a unique face gymnastics. No cosmetic product can make us more beautiful than joy and smile.
