Riding The Flyer Express Up Jay Peak

Jay Peak Resort
Jay, Vermont

Over the weekend, I trekked up to Jay, Vermont to take my first shreds of the season at Jay Peak. It was a warm December and the slopes are lacking a bit of powder. I took this photo while I was riding the Flyer Express chairlift up to the top. In the distance you can see the snow-makers shooting their cannons on the North side of the mountain. A cloud of snow dust lifts up over the pine trees. Hopefully 2019 will bring on some storms!
