This whole idea that people should be offended by what others say is immature. Emotional maturity is all about controlling how we feel about what others say, about life, and about ourselves. Those who cannot control their emotions invariably try to control the actions of others. And still they don't see it.

When SJWs decide in advance to take offense to their growing list of triggers leads to dishonesty. They are no longer free to say how they really feel about people and events. It's reached the point where they are not even admiting to themselves how they feel, instead they settle for calculating how they should feel in the eyes of their peers. No wonder they're miserable. I know some who even declare homosexuality for the approval of their peers. How messed up is that?
Being liberal means supporting the rights of other to live as they wish. This 3rd wave of "liberalism" has betrayed all the freedoms we won 40 years ago. At least grow a sense of humor.
