As we all know , stress is part of human life, and everyone at some point is stressed out.
I am a keyboardist and a lover of music, i will usually play to some nice songs whenever i feel stressed out.
The keyboard sound has a way of diverting my attention from the cause of the stress and this has been of immense benefit to me.
