My entry for week Four of the #sixweekhealth challenge hosted by healthsquared
It is my pleasure to participate in this week's sixweekhealth challenge. This is the week four, so you should know that by now, most participants have improved their lifestyle to beautiful standards, curtsey of this innovative program that is running.
TOPIC OF THE WEEK
This week, our host @healthsquared told us to come up with suggestion of desserts that would be suitable for someone with sweet tooth.
So I decided to give my own little recipe.
I hope you all would love it
My dessert recipe for a person with sweet tooth, that is someone with poor tolerance to sugary food
I take this dessert even though I do not have a sweet tooth; but I think it would be suitable for those that have issues taking sugary foods and desserts.
THE RECIPE
I call it the Watermelon Pizza, and it is easy to make.
Procedure for Preparing the Dessert
First bring a full watermelon or half, if that is what you have. Then proceed to wash it to make sure it is clean.
Now go on and cut it into circles.
After that take out one of the circle piece and put it on a flat surface.
Then apply plain whole milk yogurt.
Then go on and place some blueberries on it.
And then some kiwi.
Go on and put some strawberry in the mix!
Finally put some natural honey to add an exotic taste to it.
There you have it; your ready to be devoured WATERMELON PIZZA
GO ON AND SINK IN A BITE, Cos as they say, A trial will convince you.
I hope this my little recipe would be of help to someone out there.
