Week Five of the #sixweekhealth Challenge: Stay fit and active
Thanks to @sweetsssj and @healthsquared, for these challenges that drive health, we are already in the fifth week that deals with how to keep fit and active.
Among the things I do to keep fit and active first of all is to work my work merits a continuous effort in which I perform various exercises since I am a mechanic of heavy machinery, in which I must climb several times in a machine, lower parts between other things; There I am constantly exercising. Fridays at the end of the day in the office practice table tennis
Eat healthy and nutritious; as well as drinking eight or more glasses of water a day...
Walk constantly in the farms where I will do the work, the machinery is sometimes far from where the truck is and I must walk which I like, I also like to take walks where I must walk a lot, as well as participate in walks
Horseback riding I love as well as go fishing
