SIX WEEK HEALTH CHALLENGE WEEK TWO- AMAZING WALK AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD
As tedious as exercising can be, it comes with a lot of benefits both to the body and to the mind. I wasn't really a fan of heavy exercising till this year, but walking has always been my best form of exercise , like I can walk for 8 hours straight when I'm in the mood. I've been indoors for quite a while lately, but today I decided to take an amazing walk around my neighbourhood, was even shy taking pictures because of the weird eyes of onlookers 😁😁😁.
So I hit d streets of my neighbourhood taking a very long walk down to nowhere, was just walking. The amazing thing was that I got to places I never knew existed around my neighbourhood, it was so fascinating, and I felt so new here again, even the places I thought I knew before had taken a newer look, everything seemed changed, maybe all these happened when I left home for a while.
While I was at it I took time to say hi to familiar faces and to others who were willing to answer my greetings. Also walked around a football field, was great inhaling the smell of grass, also didn't forget to step into my favourite super store just for sightseeing (was so embarrassing when I came out with nothing 🙈).
But anyway breathing in fresh air was worth it, the walk was unbelievably amazing cause my joints were really flexed and extended, enjoyed the sun smiling at my face, walked all the way from nowhere back home feeling refreshed and was craving for a cold shower (cause perspiration and walking under the sun work hand on hand 😆).
Finally I'm glad I took this walk, my spirit was lifted, literally felt it 🙅
