Six week health challenge
What I do to de stress myself..
Well I have a lot of stress relieving mechanisms depending on the type of stress..
Well my most common type of stress is academical stress..
I'm currently typing this in a class and I'm so tired of it, I've been here since 8.. That's 4.5 hours now.
To relieve this stress I quickly tune into my leisure side of life, I allow myself to drift off just a bit and I cast my mind away (usually to my past because sometimes my future scares me) but I throw my mind back to when I was a child, and my favorite is always when I got my first bike, I used to always ride my sisters so getting mine when I turned 6 was a really wonderful time for me
Another type of stress is physical stress.. When I've over worked myself probably cleaning, or playing golf, or sometimes helping my neighbor do some heavy lifting (still won't go on a date with me that girl)
To relieve this one I swim.. It's crazy because the pool isn't that close to my house, but still dipping myself in a pool of friendly water does the magic

Finally is the emotional stress.. This type tends towards depression, and getting out of this one is so important to me, I have to mechanisms for when I'm in school or when I'm at home, if I'm in school I invite my guys over for FIFA and beer
But if I'm at home, I pack my bags, dust my shoes organise my clubs, unfold my trolley and I'm off to the course to swing my sorrow away
