On the 9th of August 2018, our Nation celebrates our 53rd year of independence since 1965,

As we have progressed this far, let's us look back in prospective and show appreciation to those whom has helped us achieved and get this far especially the last 10 to 15 years.

Here are the undisputed facts.

Achievements!

1. Thank you, thank you for continuing to maintain and keep our world record of the most highly paid politicians in the world. We are well ahead of USA, America, the most powerful nation on earth. President Trump just earned an annual pay of US$1 for taking care of 50 States, with a population of 300 million. Our PM salary is S$1.7 million or US1.245 million per annum, ie, 1.245 million times more than Trump, takes care of one nation and 5.6 million population.

2. Thank you, thank you for your kind considerations, for telling us well ahead of time 9% GST after next election. Without this long notice, we would be unprepared, although we hardly can cope with the current 7% but we are very happy to prepare for 9% GST. since we have no choice but to obey as good citizens and to serve our nation and government.

3. Thank you, thank you for your kind considerations, for increasing electricity, gas and water bills. Without this massive increased, averaging more than 20%, we will not be able to understand how precious these resources are, to a small nation like us, with no natural resources. In fact, in order to save on electricity and water, my family and I have decided to bath once every 2 to 3 days, and eat uncooked food treating them as delicious sushi every meal.

4. Thank you, thank you, for maintaining our country as one of the world's top non-corrupt country in the world. My hats to you regarding Keppel, which I think it takes a genius to handle such a difficult and complicated global issue, worth every cent we paid dearly and highly for your services.

5. Thank you, thank you for hosting the Fat Boy Kim and Trump's meeting in Singapore which only cost $20M, peanuts for staging such a world event and contributing for global peace. I hope that Fat Boy and Trump keep their promises, or we should sent them the bill. Btw, according to history, both are great masters of deception and known to 360% about turns in an instant.
