Welcome to SIN2 update news, this is where we will give updates on the latest.

Site portal commencement date

A while back, we announced that the site www.sinofficial.com will soon be open for registration. As from June 1 2018, the website will start accepting registrations.
The total cost to register (minus cost of things like customized vests, accommodation etc) is just two steem only. Due to the plan to peg sbd back to 1 USD, we have temporarily halted accepting sbd payments which was initially allowed. We regret any inconvenience caused by the sudden change.

Payments will be confirmed and further instructions will be given. The registration steps are as simple as ABC and we hope this is the first step of many towards revolutionizing the blockchain.
The site is also being worked upon constantly for regular upgrades and we highly recommend you discuss any issues with the website we might have overlooked.

Identity and official designs

Identity management is a crucial step towards ensuring that participants are well catered for and secure. We have taken extra steps towards ensuring that everyone is well accounted for. This year, for the first time ever at a cryptocurrency workshop in West Africa, Id cards with functioning bar codes will be made available to the participants to prevent identity theft and easy identification.

Our official graphics designer for the event @graface has been amazing, coming up with innovative designs at a short notice to wow everyone. Although the design for the shirts and Id cards was handled by @iamchijamz who participated in the contract contest by @leadent360.

On a side note, @leadent360 might soon enter the guiness book of records for the first Nigerian or possibly West African entertainment brand to use the blockchain technology/cryptocurrency to promote entertainment and the first Nigerian or West African entertainment brand on the blockchain.

Back to the discussion, this is the final and official design for the logo.

Other publicity tools

The flyers, flex banners, car stickers, roll up banners, handbills and more are already being done months in advance to the event.
We also have a strategic partnership with @layelaz which is a comedy crew constantly building a following and Ballspedia, a blog with so much diverse investments. Ballspedia has over 10k views and this puts us at a strategic advantage.

Although I cannot discuss some of the publicity plans yet, I can only say not only will it beat that of SIN1 which occurred last year, it would be unlike anything the blockchain has ever seen. The march is on for growth and there is no stopping.

Designs were done by @iamchijamz and the material is imported and authentic. The colors and designs available can vary based on individual preferences.
This means that no design is specific to a particular community and what is represented in the images are just samples from you to choose from. Anyone is free to choose the shirt type and color and participants are enjoined to have a vest in the spirit of participation.
