A prolific person said something very unnerving, something I would like to share with you,
“Unless you walk out into the unknown, the odds of making a profound difference in your life are pretty low.”

This statement is unnerving and unsettling because it insinuates that making a difference is like going into the wild to plant a lone seed and sitting by it to watch it grow. Alone. Well, my mind settled on this for a bit and then, I figured out that when you walk into an uncharted territory to influence a difference, it’s no more than you didn’t do nothing different. Because whatever differences you might have made will live and die in the unknown. Why not walk into a known, vibrant, commercial place that will shake the ground and blow off the roof? Why not make a difference where it really counts?

Well, Steemit is all the difference that can be made in the world and what better place to bring it to than a place that with so much energy, commercialism, centrality and aestheticism? What better place to bring the annual steemit meetup in its full pomp and glamour to than Abuja? So yes, I have said it. I have spilled the beans. The whole idea of this post is to make you see just why Steemit deserves to be given a face in the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria.
But this should rarely be a problem considering the fact that Abuja has all the lures of a celestial hoard. But wait, you might like me to touch on a few points and use it to stroke your back/grease your palm of knowledge.

Convenience is also one goodness on the long list of Abuja’s goodnesses (if there is any word like this). You can bet that at the SIN event in Abuja, you are going to get the best treatment ever. I mean, after long days of working to be your best all year round, it would be good enough for every Nigerian steemian to loosen up, go on tour, visit nice places, have a great after party, take selfies and have a great time together. So yes, we are not just going to tune in to talk shows at the Steemit meet up in November, we are also going to turn up.

So yes, this year’s SIN in Abuja is going to make all a big, huge difference, not only in the lives of the new Steemians that would definitely be recruited at this event, but also for everyone else.

WHY THESE FRINGE BENEFITS MAY NEVER HAPPEN

You know one other thing about making a difference? It does not happen without the means to make it happen, and of course, by means, I mean money. There really is no way SIN would come into actualization if we all fold our arms and wait upon November to work a miracle. It just won't happen. And then, it is via this website that every participant will get their code which will be particularly unique to each one. So yes, watch out for the website.
