It looks delicious & reminds me of the beef stew I make in the crock pot. I like prepping the ingredients the night before & then putting them in the pot the next morning to simmer for several hours. It creates a lovely aroma. My grandma used the crock pot a lot, so, it brings back good memories.
Definitely!! Crockpots are heaven on their own... I just dont have one big enough for this! But you could do this in the crock as well. And youre exactly right, chop down the meat and itll make a mean stew! Thanks for stopping by!
I like that you used baby carrots. That's what I do as well. Easier than chopping regular sized carrots.
Oh yes! The easier, the better!
(Also why I use those small potatoes, again no cutting!)
Haven't done that yet. It's a good idea. I like using yellow potatoes for stew.
