The gold standard
Afternoon everyone….
As we all know the world is in a very unstable place. World economies have been the most erratic they have ever been.
Countries are buying up gold at alarming rates. The stock markets are extremely overbought and inflated beyond comprehension. Yet most people have their head in the sand, and don’t see the writing on the wall.
Hell most people are in debt to their eyeballs if not higher. When these markets crash, we are going to see something like never before!
I was going through my emails and clearing out my unread ones. I came across this article that was in an e-mail from the Scottsdale Mint.
It’s saying we are in for a Breton Woods III.
If you don’t know what the Bretton Woods Act is, here is a quick summary:
The Bretton Woods Agreement established a system through which a fixed currency exchange rate could be created using gold as the universal standard. The agreement involved representatives from 44 nations and brought about the creation of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank.
