Junk Silver

Hi friends,

A little bit ago, I was able to add some junk silver to my stack:

I tend to like .999 fine silver pieces more, but there is something nostalgic about holding junk silver, which is often 90% silver, minted in the 40s and earlier.

My junk silver was almost exclusively 90% silver quarters, but I have picked up some other items recently, including the walking liberties and many dimes.

This was a diversified for my stack, which I think is prudent, but there is really no proper way to stack silver - everyone has their own preferences!

Do you invest in junk silver?

Thanks for coming by,
Brian

I have acquired a nice size stack of 90% U.S. Silver Coins, but I wouldn't call them Junk Silver... They will do Ten Times Better than our Common U.S. Coinage... I see our Common Clad Coins, increasing 100 Fold in Spending Power...

I invest in silver. The same happens with us. You have enough silver.
