They seem to have Mirror Finishes, which is usually called Proof Like... The one Pictured is the Silver "Collector Version" which has the San Francisco Mint Mark...
ahh yea see i was actually just looking at 2 side by side... and i think what is catching my eye is that hes relaxed... His shoulders arent shrugged up... hes not wearing the powdered wig... And it almost looks a little younger... although this could be because hes wearing the powdered wig in the other one.
